Passionate about next-gen education, Nelu Lazar is focused on bringing educational video content to classrooms and before the eyes of little students, safely, in a blended learning environment, as part of an ongoing research named "Education by Visual Influence: Watch. Think. Do." Nelu Lazar’s work is spread across several domains. He is an engineering professional by day, and also a technology evangelist, community projects activist, software developer, entrepreneur, technology consultant. Nelu founded Lafayettech entrepreneurship community; founded Tech HUB co-working studio; founded K12TECH monthly meetup series; developed apps and services for education JuniorTube Edu, NursePass and NursePort; led local editions of Lafayette Digital Media Conference, Lafayette Facebook Conference, Startup Showcase; led TEDxLafayette as Executive Director.
