As with any educational program, professional development is one of the keys to a successful online learning initiative. Face-to-face, virtual synchronous and asynchronous, and a strong PLC are all important aspects of a comprehensive PD program. During this session, participants will take a look at the seven components of this varied approach and discuss tips for implementing real-time and self-paced professional development as a way to encourage and facilitate continual growth.
