Creating "buy in" when it comes to technology requires modeling by the leadership in the building. Instructional leaders should take time to demonstrate the very applications that they desire their teachers to use in the classroom. By using Google Apps For Education, Learning Management Systems, and other applications leaders will engage their staff using technology and teach them methods that can be applicable in the classrooms.
